I bought this in the mid-eighties and has been my regular companion ever since. I own several other tripods but this has been my workhorse both in the field and in the corporate world. This is the British Benbo Mark 1.

Manong Noli, what kind of grip extension do you have? I need one for mine, its so combursome spining the camera unto the tripod, I need an attachment. Please advise...

Greetings from Luisa's, Jessie! Manfrotto calls it the cross arm, http://www.manfrotto.com/Jahia/site/manfrotto/cache/offonce/pid/2299?livid=107&lsf=107&child=5. This one is capable of using four (4) heads. They have the simpler model http://www.manfrotto.com/Jahia/site/manfrotto/cache/offonce/pid/2297?livid=107&lsf=107&child=5 which accepts two (2) heads. Perfect for copy work. You can check it out from Bogen USA. Hope this helps.

Deng, I miss the siopao, mami, and Pilsen in the mornings when I go to Luisa (last time I went home)...

Thank you for the helping hand, I barely use my Benbo because of this reason and I'm sure you understand why... Although, I was really eyeing for your grip when we last saw each other at Manong Ric's gig. Anyways, thank you Manong Noli. I will surely look into this.

Manong Noli, I was looking more into this type:

Any inputs or recommendations? Please advise.

Hello Jessie! Greetings again from Luisa's. That's my main ballhead, the 322RC2. Here is a picture of it, http://www.pbase.com/noligabilo/image/87752445. I also have the first and second versions of the 222 but I find the 322 easier to use. Many of the participants in my photo safaris have upgraded to this model. Cheers!

Cool, I'll be looking into the 322 then. Grab a Pilsen for me and I'll get a shot of Gin for you on my side. Thank you for the inputs Manong Noli. Cheers to all at Luisa's.

THis one is for you (flashback):
